6 Sigma Consulting is a Melbourne-based Lean Six Sigma, Agile and ISO consulting practice. We help businesses cut waste, pass ISO audits, and build Agile capability across their operations. Rather than working from a single fixed playbook, we bring together three proven improvement disciplines - Lean, Agile and Six Sigma - into one practical system we call NWOW (New Way of Working).
