We reserve the right to modify or update service offerings at any time.

 

3. Use of Website

4. Training Enrolment & Payment

 

• Enrolment is confirmed only after successful payment.
• Some courses may require minimum numbers to run.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions with notice.
• Digital materials and certificates are provided electronically.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

• Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before a session.
• No refunds for “no-shows” or incomplete attendance.
• If we cancel or reschedule a program, participants may choose a refund or transfer.
• Digital products (templates, toolkits, recordings) are non-refundable.
